If you’re a corporate

My experience

By bringing me in you’re bringing in a fully trained coaching with experience of corporate, charitable, and academic worlds. I’ve worked in and with a huge range of different organisations, supporting people from entry level to c-suite - roles I’ve also held myself so I recognise the challenges they face.

The coaching process was both easier and harder than I expected; easier because Beatrice came across as very real and genuinely interested in the things I had to say, harder because she made me think, encouraged me to develop, and challenged me when she could tell I was veering away from the subjects I needed to explore.

My approach

I use coaching techniques to understand where you are, then I tailor everything to fit your needs. I have a dual focus on individuals and organisations - you need to be able to take in multiple viewpoints and perspectives to get to the reality of the circumstances.

I work from a toolbox of techniques and am able to pick and choose which elements are needed  - this means I focus on what works for you rather than boilerplate or cookie cutter solutions. Ensuring my approach is relevant means people can relate to it - making them more likely to engage with the content and integrate the approach into their lives.

Bea has a wonderful way of simultaneously holding a safe space and sharing contact clearly and concisely. She works in a calm and present way, and can both hold safety and evoke transformation through her facilitation.

A safe space

People’s reactions come from their beliefs, which can be limiting, so providing them with a safe, neutral, non-judgemental space to explore their present challenges can help them find a path to self awareness, and growth. In both individual and group sessions my experience and training enable me to get past initial reactions, negative body language and damaging assumptions that can hold people back.

My approach is to do pre-coaching whenever possible so I understand the potential challenges in advance of group sessions.

Bea was warm, understanding, and easy to connect with, which made it so easy to overcome the awkwardness of doing personal/mental health stuff virtually, and created a really safe and trusting space. The whole coaching-in-work approach created / prioritised a vital space for personal reflection, which is virtually impossible to prioritise otherwise.
