My experience

Offering individual tailored coaching to people in an organisation is an amazing way to support them to navigate tough things that work (and life!) can throw at them.

People have such varied complex needs that it can be difficult for managers and the organisation to offer all the support that staff need to thrive.

Maybe their line manager is too close to them, or you simply don’t have capacity, or the knowledge and skills to make sure you help and not harm them.

It’s okay to ask for help managing your team - we can’t be all things to all people and managers need support too.

Bringing in a coach means bringing in an objective third party with the professional training to support your staff whatever their needs. The regular one to one sessions provide a safe space for personal development and for them to discover what truly matters to them and take steps to move towards what they want.

 

How does it work? 

I offer individual one to one coaching plans that range from 3 to 12 months in length. Your staff member will meet with their coach for an initial 90 minute discovery session followed by regular 45 minute ongoing coaching sessions until they reach their final completion session.

Coaching meets the client where they are and enables them to work from that place towards what they want to be different. Sometimes this is about getting unstuck and sometimes it can be planning exciting new challenges.


3 month individual coaching package

6 sessions.

  • An initial 90 minute Discovery Session which covers goals for coaching and exercises to work on values, life purpose and inner leadership.

  • Followed by 5 x 45 minute fortnightly sessions.

6 month individual coaching package

12 sessions.

  • An initial 90 minute Discovery Session which covers goals for coaching and exercises to work on values, life purpose and inner leadership.

  • Followed by 11 x 45 minute fortnightly sessions.

However, all of this is flexible based on the needs of the individual and the organisation.

What do I get?

You get to focus on your employee’s professional development, while their broader needs are supported by coaching. Individual coaching clients can bring anything they want to coaching, including personal struggles that impact their work but they may not share with their line manager or HR. This can take the pressure off line managers and open up new perspectives and ways of working.
